
Pilates
Our Pilates classes are in the form of body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. It targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body.
Pilates sessions are bookable as pay-as-you-go for £7.00 a session or it is included in our membership monthly deal - £23.50 for all fitness classes, swim and gym.

Wednesday 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm
Friday 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
Saturday 9:30 am - 10:15 am
