Spin fitness class is an aerobic group exercise that takes place on specially designed spin bikes.
Our spin class is performed in our studio to motivational music with our energetic instructor leading the class from the front.
The instructor will change 3 things to adjust the intensity of the 45 minute class:
1. Pedal Rate
2. Resistance on the flywheel
3. Riders Body Position
The 45 minute class will consist of a warm up, various sprints and climbs both standing and seated and a cool down to finish.
These classes are a fantastic aerobic workout getting your heart pumping fast and you can burn up to 500 calories!!
Bookable as pay-as-you-go for £7.00 a session or Spin is included in our membership monthly deal - £23.50 for all fitness classes, swim and gym.
