Student Christmas LunchThursday 19th December 2019
The cost of this year's Christmas lunch will be £3.00. Tickets must be purchased and collected in advance as they will need to show them at the Dining Hall on the day.
Tickets will be available to purchase from Thursday 28 November to Tuesday 10 December. Please pay and select either a meat or vegetarian option on WisePay. Please specify if your child requires a gluten free option on the reply slip of the letter that was sent by schoolcomms. Copies of this can be picked up outside Student Support.
If paying by WisePay, there is no need to return the reply slip. Alternatively, cheques should be made payable to Bottisham Village College, with the student’s name and form on the back. The reply slip and money (if included) should be placed in an envelope marked with the student’s name and form and ‘Christmas Lunch’. If your child is eligible for free school meals, please complete and return the reply slip below only.
All tickets must be collected outside the dining hall at break-time on Monday 16th December.
There will be limited alternative options available to purchase on this day for those students not wishing to purchase a Christmas lunch. Throughout the week at break and lunchtime, there will be festive music and video displays in the dining areas, and a selection of festive foods will be available in addition to the normal menu.
