Pilates is an alternative body conditioning technique which concentrates on the deep postural muscles (torso and back) and works by building strength from the inside out. This is low impact class suitable for all abilities and ages, has no routines and is physically and emotionally rewarding in its simplicity.” Monday 8pm – 9pm, Tuesdays 11.30am – 12.30pm and Thursday 7pm – 8pm. |
