Fitness Suite
Welcome to our Fitness Suite. You will be able to workout in a fully air conditioned comfortable environment. Inductions are normally available everyday at a time that suits you. Managed to appeal to all types of user, from the casual to the most frequent exerciser, assistance and advice is always available to ensure individuals work safely and gain maximum benefit. Our instructors are friendly, helpful and offer a wide variety of fitness programmes and personal training sessions.
In September 2011 we replaced part of our cardiovascular equipment. The new state of the art machines have all of the mod cons such as IPOD docking stations and Freeview TV.

Fitness 4 Health
Who is the Fitness 4 health scheme for?
The scheme is available to anyone who is presently inactive and may be at increased risk of developing heart disease. Also for those that have an existing condition that may be helped by exercise. Examples of such conditions are: - obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, anxiety and some types of arthritis.
What is it?
Fitness 4 Health involves local health professionals selecting and referring patients for prescriptive exercise, who would gain some health benefits from leading a more active lifestyle.
