Our Pilates classes are in the form of body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. It targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. 

Pilates sessions are bookable as pay-as-you-go for £6.00 a session or it is included in our membership monthly deal - £23.50 for all fitness classes, swim and gym.
