Our interval fitness workout class combines short bursts of high intensity physical activity along with slower recovery phases throughout. Led by an experienced Personal Trainer, these sessions will test your endurance and stamina levels and are guaranteed to improve your physical fitness. This fitness class is ideal for beginners or the experienced. Come along and try it out!
Interval sessions are bookable as pay-as-you-go for £6.00 a session or is included in our membership monthly deal - £23.50 for all fitness classes, swim and gym.
