The 4 week camp consists of 12 intense group workouts, all led by experienced Personal Trainers. This is the best way to acheieve fantastic results in the shortest time possible.
Evening Bootcamp Starts 23 April : Monday 7pm, Wednesday 7pm, Friday 7pm
Morning Bootcamp Starts 24 April: Tuesday 7am, Thursday 7am & Saturday 8am.
All Sessions 45 Minutes Long.
Bottisham Tennis Academy
Our Tennis Academy has been developed by a professional tennis coach providing the coaching and activities to learn or improve your tennis. Equipment supplied. Make new freinds and have a lot of fun!!

Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental pilates technique and exercise, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances!

Aqua Aerobics
Are you looking to change your aerobic routine? Why not try our new aqua aerobics. Aqua aerobics is similar to any other kind of cardio exercise. Routines include running, jumping jack, arm and leg movements plus much more. Fun exercise in the water!
