New martial arts group "Seni Ki Ryu"

 We are introducing a new style of martial arts "Seni Ki Ryu".  Our classes will be running on Thursday evenings 7:00pm - 8:00pm commencing on 25th February 2010.

Free Swimming Sessions

Thanks to additional funding we have received from our local authorities and the ASA we are now able to extend our under 16 and over 60's free swimming programme.

As from 1st April 2010 it will cover all of our public, adults only, lane swim, 50+, ladies only, parent and child, family fun and monster island sessions.  A complete programme will be available to download in a few days so keep checking our site!
