Bottisham Village College Community Education

For all courses please complete our enrolment form (referring also to our Terms and Conditions). Please either email, or send the completed form to the Community Office at Bottisham Village College with the course fee. Cheques should be made payable to Bottisham Village College. Credit/debit card payments can be taken over the phone during term time. A place will be reserved for you once your completed enrolment form and payment have been received. For courses of 25 weeks or more, payment can be made by instalments. Please note that if you choose to withdraw from a course, the full fee remains payable. Unless you are informed that your chosen course is full or cancelled, you should attend the first session.

We will hold an enrolment evening on Tuesday 13th September 19.00–21.00. This is a chance to meet some of our tutors and learn more about our courses. Some courses fill very quickly, so please don’t wait to enrol! If you want to check whether the tutor for your chosen course will be at the open evening, please contact us.

Concessionary fees are available if you are in receipt of a Means Tested Benefit (JSA and ESA only), evidence of which is required.

A refund of any course fee is only available if the College cancels a course or if you withdraw due to ill health; in this case, evidence is required. If a class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, extra classes will be added at the end of the course. No refunds are available.
