Italian Cookery - Authentic Meat Dishes, Breads & Focaccia

It's not too late to join our Italian cookery course which starts next Thursday!

If you love Italian food, and would like to learn how to prepare traditional dishes the Italian way, this course is for you.  Maria Luisa is a professional chef and is passionate about teaching genuine and original Italian cuisine.  You will learn how to prepare traditional meat dishes such as scaloppine, chicken cacciatore, saltimbocca alla romana and scallops with mushrooms. You will also learn about different oils and their uses, and cheeses of Italy.  Maria Luisa will match the food you produce with her favorite Italian wines, and, as you cook, she will make you fall in love with the traditions and stories of her home country.

The course starts next Thursday, 17th January from 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm. Please contact the Adult Learning office as soon as possible if you would like to join.
