Red2Green offers a programme of horticultural, education and basic skills courses in which our learners can gain accreditation with Cambridge Regional College. As well as formal qualifications, we help our learners develop confidence and increased self-esteem, independence, interaction with the community and of course, lots of new friends!
Learners also have the opportunity to gain business skills, through the small business that the programme runs. This involves selling plants, hanging baskets and planters, jams, chutneys and a wide variety of fruit and vegetables. Pop in and see us for a cup of tea and walk around our plant nursery.
We have a small farm shop where we sell locally sourced vegetables and also a selection of fruit, home-made preserves and chutneys, herbs, alpines, a wide selection of perennials and seasonal bedding plants and pots/baskets.
We also deliver veg boxes with a selection of locally produced seasonal veg and fruit to the following villages: Bottisham, The Swaffhams, Quy and Lode, Longmeadow, Burwell and Reach. Cut off date for orders is Wednesday at 3.30pm for delivery on Friday. Orders may be placed on 01223 813650.
